a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM EDT this
morning.
* LOCATIONS...Northeast Georgia, the Upstate of South Carolina,
and much of the Foothills and Piedmont of North Carolina.
* VISIBILITY...One quarter mile or less at times.
* IMPACTS...Limited visibilities will make travel very difficult.
