    At 403 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the leading edge of a cluster
    of thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles west of
    Clarkesville to 6 miles northwest of Carnesville, and moving
    northeast at 15 mph.
    Locations to be impacted include...
    Toccoa, Clarkesville, Cornelia, Baldwin, Gumlog, Demorest, Mount
    Airy, Alto, Martin and Avalon.
    Wind gusts up to 40 mph and dime size hail will be possible in these
    areas.
