    * At 542 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to three inches of rain have fallen since 345 PM EDT.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tallulah Falls, Lake Rabun, Hollywood, Turnerville, Seed Lake,
    Batesville, Lakemont, Clarkesville and Tallulah Gorge State Park.
    * Shoal Creek and the Soquee River and their tributaries north of
    Clarkesville will likely experience minor flooding of low-lying
    areas.
