    At 259 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
    miles northwest of Hartwell, or near Tugaloo State Park, moving
    northeast at 15 mph.
    Locations to be impacted include...
    Reed Creek, Lavonia, Gumlog, Bowersville, Tugaloo State Park, Lake
    Hartwell, Fair Play, Sadlers Creek State Park, Townville and Oakway.
    Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail will be possible in these
    areas.
