  • ...LOCALLY DENSE FOG DEVELOPING EARLY THIS MORNING...
    Areas of fog will expand across Southeast South Carolina and
    the upper portions of Southeast Georgia through daybreak. The fog
    will become locally dense at times, reducing visibilities on area
    roadways.
