    * Until 245 PM EDT.
    * At 117 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated persistent heavy rain due
    to thunderstorms across the Savannah vicinity. Overflowing poor
    drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Savannah, Pooler, Bellinger Hill Area, Garden City, Port Wentworth,
    Savannah Airport, Savannah Historic District and Hutchinson Island.
    Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is expected over the area. This
    additional rain will result in minor flooding of low lying and poor
    drainage areas.
