...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CHATTOOGA...SOUTHERN WALKER AND
FLOYD COUNTIES UNTIL 215 PM EDT...
At 135 PM EDT...a line of strong thunderstorms, with heavy rain,
extended from north of Menlo through southwest of Chattoogaville,
moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...40 to 50 mph wind and enhanced risk for downed trees.
IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and the blowing around
of light, unsecured objects. Whole trees can be blown
down more easily with the already wet soil from previous
rainfall.

Rome, Lafayette, Summerville, Trion, Lyerly, Menlo, Naomi, Center
Post, Subligna, Suttles Mill, Tidings, Armuchee, Linwood, Coosa,
Cloudland, Berryton, Chattoogaville, Everett Springs, James H. Floyd
State Park and Holland.
