    * At 752 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    * Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Baker
    and southwestern Charlton Counties.
    Rainfall of 2 to 3 inches is expected over the area. This additional
    rain will result in minor flooding.
