    * At 156 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
    area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash
    flooding is expected to begin shortly.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dalton, Ringgold, Varnell, Tunnel Hill, Cohutta, Mill Creek, Wood
    Station, Rocky Face, Graysville, Red Clay State Park, Indian
    Springs and Apison.
    Additional rainfall amounts up to two inches are possible in the
    warned area.
