* WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Additional snow accumulations of up
to one inch are expected, highest along the Savannah River. Snow
will taper off from west to east through the remainder of the
afternoon.
* WHERE...Screven, Candler, Bulloch, Effingham, Tattnall, Evans,
Inland Bryan, Coastal Bryan, Inland Chatham, Coastal Chatham,
Long, Inland Liberty, Coastal Liberty, Inland McIntosh and
Coastal McIntosh Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Extremely hazardous travel conditions
exist due to the combination of ice and snow on area roads. Be
prepared for isolated power outages as winds increase this
afternoon.
