    The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a Fire
    Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in
    effect from Thursday afternoon through Thursday evening.
    * WINDS...West 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 25 mph.
    * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...18 to 22 percent away from the immediate
    coast.
    * TEMPERATURES...In the upper 60s.
    * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
    Outdoor burning is not recommended.
