    The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a Freeze
    Warning, which is in effect from 4 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. The
    Freeze Watch is no longer in effect.
    * TEMPERATURE...Lows near 30 degrees. 2 to 4 hours of sub-
    freezing temperatures expected.
    * IMPACTS...Appropriate action should be taken to ensure that
    tender vegetation and outdoor pets will be protected from the
    cold temperatures if necessary.
