    ...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
    WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...
    * WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected this morning and possibly
    again tonight. Significant icing possible late tonight and
    Wednesday Morning. The ice will result in difficult travel
    conditions, including during the morning commute on Wednesday.
    Expect wind chills to range from the teens to lower 20s. Total
    ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch are expected.
    Any Snowfall or Sleet accumulations across Southeast Georgia
    would likely be less than an inch.
    * WHERE...Portions of northeast Florida, northern Florida and
    southeast Georgia.
    * WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 11 AM this morning.
    The coldest wind chills will occur around 7 AM this morning. For
    the Winter Storm Watch, from late tonight through Wednesday
    afternoon. The most significant icing conditions will occur
    Wednesday Morning.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The winter precipitation event is expected
    to be mainly an icing/freezing rain event late tonight and
    Wednesday morning although sleet and snow could be mixed in with
    the precipitation at times. The cold wind chills may cause
    frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
