Thank you Illinois Speaker of the House Emanuel "Chris" Welch for joining us for another Episode of "Conversations With The Citizen".  Speaker of the House Emanuel "Chris" Welch recently celebrated his fifth year as Speaker of the House. He is also the 7^th District Illinois State Representative. Welch began his career in public service at the local school council.
