Conversations with the Citizen welcomes Dr. Ramona E. Jackson-James. James is the President of the National Council of Negro Women Chicago Central Section. The National Council of Negro Women was founded in 1935 by Dr. Mary McLeod-Bethune. The Chicago Central Section was founded in 2010.
