Alderman Pat Dowell, joined "Conversations With The Citizen" today to discuss her bid for the 1st Congressional Seat. Dowell who is experienced with a proven track record in local government already and will go to work day one. Dowell says her candidacy is intentional and she will work for the people in the 1st District when elected the First Black Women to hold that seat.
