‘Inner Workout’ sets out to make self-care practical and accessible
Taylor Morrison began Inner Workout out of necessity. She spent most of her life in a place of overachieving, doing too much, burning herself out. She got into self-care, but it wasn’t changing the fact that the way her life was set up, was really overwhelming.
