It offers a variety of customizable signature hats of premium quality. Anthony and Debbie Lorenzo, the owner, and designer behind Frances Grey, launched the collection at an exclusive Pop Up Shop at Nordstrom’s NYC Flagship Store on Saturday, March 4.
