Cook County Board President, Toni Preckwinkle, is working to create a Policy Roadmap that will be a comprehensive policy driven strategic plan for the Offices Under the President. Members of her staff hosted the first Policy Roadmap Community Meeting in Bronzeville recently to receive input from residents about what they want to see happen in Cook County over the next four years.

“The goal of the Policy Roadmap is to make sure we have one comprehensive plan. There are at least five bureaus under the president and they all have their own strategic plans of what they want to accomplish and this will include those but also include our broader goals.” LANETTA HAYNES-TURNER
