On Dec. 9, Ill. State Rep. La Shawn Ford (Dist.-8th), a democrat, introduced a bill that could give voters the power to remove the mayor of the city of Chicago. Ill. Gov. Bruce Rauner, a republican, said at a press conference on Monday that he would sign that bill.
