Many of us were glued to our televisions during the National Basketball Association’s Finals where LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers came out as victors. The harsh reality for many young black boys who dream of being the next Derrick Rose, LeBron James, or Stephen Curry is that they will never be drafted into NBA.
