RISE is the third fragrance for Beyonce (above), following 2009’s Heat and 2011’s Pulse. The new bottles — available in 0.5 oz, 1.0 oz, and 1.7 oz sizes — will be shipped to over 30,000 retailers just in time for Valentine’s Day.
