Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Michael Sullivan, confirmed that Reginald Jones, 43, was arrested and charged on Sept. 9, 2013 with 1 felony count of indecency exposure and driving on a suspended license. According to CPS’ local school council guidelines, Jones’s indecency arrest does not automatically bar him from serving as a LSC member at King College Prep High and is not listed among the convictions that would make him ineligible to continue to serve.
