Former Dixmoor Police Chief Robert Fox who was recently fired by the village’s Mayor, Dorothy Armstrong for asking Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart for assistance, told the Chicago Citizen Newspaper that he has always gone to state and county law enforcement officers for assistance in the past.
