Founder of The FoundHERS Suite Shares a Renewed Vision for Helping Women Entrepreneurs Build Stronger Businesses, Lead with Confidence, and Create Lasting Impact

Sometimes the next chapter isn't about rebuilding what was lost. It's about building what you've been preparing for all along.

Entrepreneur, author, business strategist, and founder LaTanya Orr has graduated from the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business program, marking an important milestone in the continued evolution of her work supporting women entrepreneurs.

Throughout the Chicagoland area, Orr is best known as the founder of The FoundHERS Suite, a collaborative workspace and entrepreneurial community created to help women entrepreneurs build businesses through connection, education, and shared opportunity. Earlier this year, an unexpected building incident forced the temporary closure of the Suite, creating what Orr describes as an unexpected season of reflection, refinement, and renewed vision.

During that same season, Orr began Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women Black in Business Spring 2026 program, where she deepened her understanding of enterprise growth, financial stewardship, and long-term business strategy.

"The program didn't hand me a blueprint—it challenged me to rethink the one I already had," said Orr. "It strengthened my thinking around enterprise, stewardship, and long-term impact while reaffirming the work I've been called to do."

That experience has inspired the continued expansion of BridgeWRX, a strategic advisory and thought leadership platform that extends Orr's longstanding commitment to helping women entrepreneurs move beyond building brands to building stronger businesses through strategy, leadership, and intentional growth.

Rather than replacing The FoundHERS Suite, BridgeWRX expands its mission by creating additional pathways for women to learn, connect, and grow while plans continue for the Suite's future reopening.

This past August, BridgeWRX  launched two new signature experiences:

•             ShiftShop — a practical virtual workshop helping entrepreneurs work smarter by combining sound business strategy with AI-enabled productivity.

•             Gather & Shift— an in-person networking experience where women entrepreneurs connect, collaborate, and prepare for their next season of growth.

Orr is also expanding her thought leadership through The Bridge, her Substack publication, and HERspectives, her LinkedIn thought leadership series, where she explores entrepreneurship, leadership, and the evolving landscape for women in business.

"I've come to realize that the assignment was always bigger than the building," Orr said. "BridgeWRX allows me to extend the mission of The FoundHERS Suite in new ways while continuing to prepare for its next chapter. My passion has always been helping women discover what's possible, build with intention, and create something that lasts."
