WAUKEGAN, ILLINOIS - American Place Casino is pleased to announce the appointment of Alicia Jackson as Director of Events and Promotions. Bringing over 26 years of experience in gaming hospitality, Jackson will oversee strategic promotion initiatives, special events, and player engagement strategies to elevate the guest experience.

 

Throughout her impressive 26-year career, Jackson has specialized in Casino Marketing, Player Development, and Casino Special Events & Promotions across premier markets, including Las Vegas and Southern California Tribal Gaming. Her extensive background includes leadership and operational roles at prominent properties, including New York - New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, and Agua Caliente Casinos in Palm Springs. Her broad experience positions her to drive high-impact promotions and strengthen brand loyalty.
