SkyRose Empowering Gardens Foundation Provides A Platform To Empower Medical Professionals To Build Profitable Aesthetic Businesses

Dr. Chakika Williams said she got started in the aesthetics and wellness industry through her passion for healthcare, confidence restoration, and a desire to create opportunities for communities that are often overlooked in the Aesthetic business space.

Dr. Chakika Williams journey, in her field, did not start at the top. She worked her way up from being a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), to becoming a Medical Assistant. She earned several nursing degrees; a Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and eventually she obtained her Doctorate degree.

Throughout Dr. Williams’ healthcare journey, she knew that she wanted to do more than create a job for herself.  She wanted to create a space that would impact individuals, create ownership, and build legacy not only for herself but for others.

Upon entering the aesthetics industry, Dr. Williams realized there was a lack of representation, education, and mentorship for Black and Brown providers. During her travels in the industry, she met talented nurses and medical professionals who were interested in aesthetics but felt intimidated and unsupported.  They felt unsure as to how to enter the aesthetics industry.

Dr. Williams was so inspired and motivated by what she had seen during her industry travels that she built her own successful medspa.   In addition to the medspa Willams created an academy and mentorship platform that confidently helps others to transition into the field.

Dr. Williams combined aesthetics, wellness, mental health, and entrepreneurship into a holistic skill set through the SkyRose Rejuvenation Clinic & Spa and Medical Aesthetics Academy.  “What started as a vision to help others feel better and externally evolved will also help them to become mission focused as well as to give them confidence,” she said.   

“Those entering the Academy will walk away with three important skill sets that will help them to become successful in this industry”, Williams said”.  “There’s elements of healing, business ownership, wealth building, and creating generational impact”.

In many rooms conversation can be overheard discussing the need to build and strengthen wealth, legacy and stability in underserved Black and Brown communities and Williams is putting in the work to change that narrative. Dr. Williams believes that the aesthetics and wellness industry is one of the most powerful industries for entrepreneurs to enter, allowing all of the elements to grow.  The ‘Aesthetic’ industry creates space for multiple streams such as; education, healthcare, beauty, confidence and wellness.  Dr. Williams has planned a transformative conference for this summer, and it will be a place for connection and growth.   

The SkyRose Empowering Gardens Foundation will host its Aesthetic CEO Clarity Summit; a transformative leadership and business-building experience designed for medical and aesthetic professionals ready to elevate their careers and step confidently into entrepreneurship.

The three-day summit will take place July 17th through July 19, 2026, bringing together providers from across the region for an immersive experience.  The event will focus on strategy, leadership, connection, and growth.

The summit was created for nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physicians, estheticians, and medspa owners. The summit will equip attendees with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to successfully launch, grow, and scale profitable aesthetic businesses all under one roof.
