Chicago, IL — Real Men Cook, presented by Real Men Charities, will host its Annual Chicken & Chili Cookoff on Sunday, February 1, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Quarry Chi (2423 E. 75th Street, Chicago). The community-centered culinary event brings together local cooks, food lovers, and neighbors for an evening of flavor, friendly competition, and impact.
Attendees will enjoy tastings while voting for winners in the categories of Best Chicken, Best Chili, and People’s Choice, with prizes awarded to top competitors. Tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door, with free parking available in the lot at 75th & Phillips and a cash bar on site.
The event also includes a Call for Cooks, inviting community chefs and home cooks to compete. Cook registration is $25 per dish, and first place winners in each category will receive $150. The deadline to register to cook is Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
“Food has always been a powerful way to bring people together,” said Rael Jackson, founder of Real Men Cook and Real Men Charities. “This cookoff is about more than great meals — it’s about connection, culture, and investing in healthier families and stronger communities.”
