Men’s & Families’ Health & Resource Fair
CHICAGO, IL — The Cook County 3rd District will host its Annual Men’s & Families’ Health & Resource Fair on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at New Life Covenant Church Southeast, 7621 S. Greenwood Avenue, Chicago, IL 60619.
This free, family-friendly event will connect residents with preventive health screenings, healthcare professionals, wellness information, and community resources. The fair encourages men and families to prioritize early detection, prevention, and overall well-being.
Health Services & Resources
Attendees will have access to:
- PSA and health screenings
- Alzheimer & Stroke screenings
- Dental Screenings & resources
- Health, fitness, and nutrition resources
- Mental health services and referrals
- “Ask the Doctor” panel discussion
- Teen Talk Panel
- Community organizations and resource providers
- Free giveaways and raffles
Community and healthcare leaders are also expected to participate, including Pastor John Hannah of New Life Covenant Church Southeast; Cook County Health; Insight Hospital’s Neurology Team; Onyx Health Collective; and 8th Ward Alderman Michelle Harris.Collective; and 8th Ward Alderman Michelle Harris.
The Annual Men’s & Families’ Health & Resource Fair is part of the Cook County 3rd District’s continued commitment to improving access to preventive healthcare and connecting residents with trusted services directly within their communities.
