Clerk Spyropoulos Launches Customer Service Survey
Whether a customer is frustrated or pleased with their experience, Clerk Mariyana T. Spyropoulos wants to hear about it – in detail.
Clerk Spyropoulos launched a new customer service survey today, making it available to anyone online or at the office’s dozen public-facing locations across the county. The move is just one of many steps the new Clerk is taking to make the office more transparent, accountable and accessible since taking the oath of office in December.
“Thousands rely on this office every day to help them navigate our expansive justice system, whether they are lawyers or judges or people just trying to pay a speeding ticket,” Clerk Spyropoulos said. “I was chosen by voters to improve that experience, and I’m committed to carrying through on that promise.”
The survey allows users to rate their experience and provide details about interactions with the office, whether they utilized the call center, an office computer program or visit in person. The survey can be accessed by visiting https://tinyurl.com/u889yaju.
“We need to know what is going wrong and what is going right,” Clerk Spyropoulos said. “We care about their experience and will work to quickly address any problems that arise. This is why I ran for office. The residents of Cook County deserve better.”
The Clerk’s Office is a critical element of the justice system, overseeing records for all criminal, civil, juvenile and traffic courtrooms while helping to serve the judiciary, attorneys and the public in managing and accessing the courts.
