CHICAGO — The nonprofit Rogers Park Business Alliance (RPBA) is proud to announce the 16th season of its Glenwood Sunday Market (GSM), Sundays from June 1 to October 26 (closed June 29 and August 17), from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. The Market will take place in the outdoor Glenwood Alfresco area on the southbound Glenwood Avenue between Morse and Lunt Avenues, to the west of the CTA Red Line Morse stop. New this year, the Glenwood Sunday Market will host a Spiral Into Spring – A Flourishing Soiree fundraiser on May 9 from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. at The Rhapsody Theater (1328 W. Morse Ave.) to help raise money for its Food Access Program. More information about the market and fundraiser can be found at glenwoodsundaymarket.rpba.org.
This year, the Glenwood Sunday Market will host the Spiral into Spring – A Flourishing Soirée fundraiser to support its Food Access Program. For 15 consecutive seasons, the Program has been combating food insecurity by matching grants to market shoppers who lack access and financial resources to fresh local food through LINK Cards and other SNAP cards benefits. Fundraiser guests will have the opportunity to contribute to the program during a paddle raise, a raffle, and a silent auction. Throughout the event, attendees will learn about the impact of the Market while enjoying local entertainment. General Admission tickets are $75, which include entrance, appetizers catered by Glenwood Sunday Market vendor Urban Tables, and a complimentary drink with additional drinks available for purchase. VIP tickets are $125 including access to an after-party held at Rogers Park Social (6920 N Glenwood Ave.) from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. for more light bites and two complimentary drinks. Tickets for Spiral into Spring – A Flourishing Soirée fundraiser can be purchased at RPBA.org.
At the 2025 Market, every $25 LINK transaction will be matched with an additional $25, thanks to the generous grant from LinkUp Illinois and donations. All vendors accept cash, and most accept credit and debit cards. The 2025 Glenwood Sunday Market vendors will be announced later in the spring, and donations to the Market can be made at glenwoodsundaymarket.rpba.org.
