Growing Home, Inc. Announces 5 New Board Members
Chicago, Ill. -- Growing Home, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of five new board members to its 2024-2025 Board of Directors: Taryn Williams Clark, Wendell Harris, Norm Jeddeloh, Dominique Price, and Felicia Slayton-Young.
“This is an exciting time for Growing Home, Inc. and Greater Englewood as we expand our campus to serve the community at scale. Each new member brings a diverse background in community development, commercial real estate, business development, neighborhood revitalization, corporate communications, litigation, and financing, which will be a tremendous asset to our organization,” said Janelle St. John, Executive Director of Growing Home Inc.
New Board Members:
Taryn Williams Clark – Head of Corporate Communications for Bel Brands USA, a major global player in the snack market with brands such as Babybel and The Laughing Cow.
Wendell Harris – VP of Lending Operations at Chicago Community Loan Fund, with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, and banking.
Norm Jeddeloh – Author and attorney, currently an Engagement Manager and Coach at Avocado Strategic Partners.
Dominique Price – Counsel at Scharf Banks Marmor, experienced in various areas of litigation, including commercial, product liability, personal injury, and premises liability.
Felicia Slayton-Young – Founding Member and Executive Director of the Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce, with over 25 years in financial services and more than 15 years as a financial advisor.
