KKSP PRECISION MACHINING ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF HY-PRODUCTION INC.
Valley City, OH – August 27, 2024 – KKSP Precision Machining LLC (“KKSP”), a leading North American producer of custom turned metal components, announced today the acquisition of Hy-Production Inc., a manufacturer of precision high-quality hydraulic components and assemblies for the agricultural, automotive, and heavy equipment industries.
Founded in 1966 as a family-owned business, Hy-Production brings a rich history of experience manufacturing precision-machined components and assemblies. Their strength in manufacturing, as well as assembling and testing, provides Hy-Production’s customers a single supplier responsibility for components that are production line use-ready. As a leader in their field, Hy-Pro recently invested in a new facility with state-of-the-art Index machines, multi-axis horizontal milling centers and a technology driven tooling and gage lab for increased manufacturing precision, quality improvements and labor efficiency.
"KKSP Precision Machining strategy has consistently been driven by the evolving needs of our customers and the acquisition of complementary technology companies. As customer demands shift toward more complex precision machining solutions, we continue to seek opportunities that enhance our capabilities. The acquisition of Hy-Pro aligns perfectly with this strategy,” said Nelda J. Connors, Chairwoman and CEO of KKSP. “It not only expands our range of capabilities, focusing on growth rather than just cost synergies, but it also integrates a company that shares our values and culture. Hy-Pro brings tenured expertise throughout their organization, and the fact that we share some of the same customers further underscores the strategic fit."
