THE "BOOTS ON THE GROUND" INITIATIVE IN CALUMET CITY SUPPORTS LOCAL ENTREPRENEURS WITH QUALITY MEDIA IN AN EFFORT TO GAIN NEW CUSTOMERS.
Thaddeus Jones-Mayor of Calumet City, Illinois- is announcing
Free PSAs to City Businesses/Boots Are on the Ground.-
The City of Calumet City is offering businesses located within the City's corporate boundaries, an opportunity to record a FREE three-to-five-minute professional Public Service Announcement (PSA) highlighting their products, services, and benefits to our community.
PSAs will appear on the City's cable access Channel 4 and the City's YouTube page. This program is focused on the sustainability of businesses in our City and to provide an outlet for community-oriented messages that reflect the City's Shop Calumet City theme.
"We have prioritized focusing on business retention and communicating products and services offered in our community. For that reason, we have also instituted a Boots on the Ground program.
Our Boots on Ground Coordinator will bridge the gap between businesses and the City through in-person business outreach encompassing consistent communication." says Mayor Thaddeus Jones.
