CHICAGO – April 24, 2022 – Diversity Learning Solutions (DLS) will host its inaugural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Industry Design Thinking Summit on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The summit will feature a stellar line-up of executives and business leaders who will share their insights on best practices and engage in bold thinking on how to disrupt the status quo to drive cultural change to accelerate the work of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and community.


This virtual summit was created to educate and enable chief human resource officers, chief diversity officers and business leaders to adopt a critical thinking process to move DEI goals forward in a company, business, or municipality. Attendees will be introduced to an expanded set of tools for analyzing, realigning, and executing DEI strategies to meet the challenges of today and the future. Attendees will connect with their peers from four industries and municipalities as they explore the latest diversity trends and best practices and work with industry experts and executive coaches to execute design thinking in developing and delivering DEI strategies.

Thought leaders and industry executives have been tapped to lead critical discussions on DEI strategies from industries including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and municipalities nationwide.
