Cosmopolitan and Gina Concepts Join Forces to Launch New Cosmetic Accessories Line
Hearst magazines recently announced a licensing agreement with Gina Concepts, a subsidiary of Gina Group, to develop its first Cosmopolitan-branded cosmetic
bags and accessories line.
Of the partnership, Steve Ross, Global Chief Licensing Officer and Head of Brand Development, Hearst Magazines says, “Cosmopolitan is a champion of fashion and beauty in every form, and with this new line of cosmetic accessories, beautiful and functional design is at the heart of every piece allowing ‘Cosmo Girls’ of all ages to express their own unique style.”
“We’re thrilled about this exciting new venture,” says Lenny Salama, President of Gina Concepts. “The line is carefully curated with the Cosmopolitan reader in mind. She is always up-to-date on the latest trends and this exciting new partnership – with a vibrant, empowering, and youthful attitude – will ensure she’s always feeling and looking her best too.”
The collaborative new line includes makeup brushes, bags, and other tools including sponges, eyelash curlers and tweezers.
The Cosmopolitan-branded line of Gina makeup tools and accessories are currently available at Nordstrom and Amazon. The line will range in price from $2.99 to $24.99.
The partnership was brokered by IMG, Cosmopolitan’s global licensing representative.
