Clerk Dorothy Brown Mourns the Loss of her Sister, Linda Rabb Issac
(Chicago) Hon. Dorothy Brown, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, is mourning the loss of her sister Linda Rabb Issac, 63, who passed away today in her hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana. Linda was the seventh of the eight children born to Clerk Brown’s parents and is the first of the siblings to pass away. Linda Issac was a retired social worker for the State of Louisiana. Clerk Brown and Linda were only one year apart in age and were very close. Linda Rabb Issac was the wife of Murphy Issac and the mother of two children, Kenya and Joshua. Funeral services will be held in Louisiana on August 4, 2018. Please keep Clerk Dorothy Brown and her family in your prayers.
