CITY OF HARVEY, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of the Harvey City Hall, 15320 Broadway Avenue, in Harvey, Illinois, a public hearing will be held to consider the following cases:
An application for a Special Use Permit an alcoholic beverage license and fuel center to be located at northeast corner of 171st & Halsted. The property is currently zoned Highway Commercial. The requested special uses are permitted special uses in the District. Provisions for this use are outlined in Chapter 16 of the zoning ordinance.
