Teen Moms, Now Millionaire M.O.M.s, Celebrate the Launch of Their New Book
HOMEWOOD, IL - Twelve
women came together recently
to celebrate the launch of their
new book Millionaire M.O.M..
In this book, all of the women
share their how they overcame
their teen motherhood
experiences to become
successful businesswomen,
entrepreneurs, and community
activists.
Spearheaded by Alicia
Bowens, CEO and Founder of
Bowens Enterprises LLC, she
felt that not enough hope was
being given to young mothers.
“Our young mothers need
to hear more stories of success
so that they know that their
dreams are still possible.”
The book contains
contributions from the likes
of women such as Tanya
Winfield, NBC’s Biggest Loser
Season 15 Top 6 Finalist, who
was also a teen mother but
managed to make her first $1
million at the age of 35. Others
include Conchetta Jones,
founder of She’s All That, Dr.
Catrina Pullum, founder of
Pullcorp Media and Business
Consulting, and Shettima
Webb, Founder of Model
Esteem. The book launch took
place on Sunday, December
18th from at the Clubhouse at
Dolphin Lake in Homewood,
IL.
