Gabrielle Union highjacks Dwayne Wade's post-game interview
NEW YORK, (UPI) -- Dwayne Wade was one of the key players during the Miami Heat game against the New York Knicks on Sunday, but his wife Gabrielle Union had a few pointers about his performance.
Wade, who scored 27 points during the game, was being interviewed on the sideline when Union noticed her husband's exhaustion and jumped in to give the host her two cents.
"We'll talk about the free throws later," she joked as Wade and the interviewer cracked up laughing. "You did good for an old geezer. It's nice."
Wade, 32, led the Heat in their 86-79 win against the New York team on Sunday. The NBA star and Union have been married since August.
