The four-time Grammy Award and Academy Award winner Regina Bell, whose hits have included such stellar offerings as “Make It Like It Was,” “If I Could,” “Dream In Color” and “A Whole New World (with Peabo Bryson) is scheduled to perform on the Soul Train Cruise 2013.

The inaugural Soul Train Cruise 2013 sold out in 75 days. In response to such overwhelming demand, a second seven-day cruise has been scheduled for Oct. 5-12, 2013, on Holland America’s luxurious m/s Westerdam.
