Carol Victory was recently recognized by the Health Care Council of Illinois for her diligent and dedicated work as a long-term care professional. Victory stands honored for her sincerity and commitment while serving the needs of the patients, residents and their families at Alden Wentworth in Chicagos Englewood neighborhood.
Victory is one of 100 individuals in Illinois who were highlighted as part of National Nursing Home Week and received a certificate of recognition in her honor.
Carol is an excellent employee who is highly respected by all her co-workers and loved by our residents, said Charlene Hill-Jeon, an Alden administrator. She has a positive attitude that impacts the quality of her work. She always goes above and beyond to help co-workers and meet our residents needs.
