Sprint, Verizon Top For Satisfaction

DROPS: A study finds declines in customer satisfaction at the other two big carriers, AT&T Inc. and T-Mobile USA, though the differences are within the survey's margin of error.
THE STUDY: The American Customer Satisfaction Index survey polled 8,000 households in the first quarter. The survey was developed by the University of Michigan but is now run by a private company.
