I disagreed with the judges ruling on my traffic violation. Can I appeal?
If you believe that a legal error was made when the judge rendered the decision, you have the right to appeal your case to the Illinois Appellate Court. You must file a notice to appeal within 30 days after the traffic court made its final decision. No new evidence may be presented during the Appellate Courts hearing.
