Rules Of The Road Classes Offered To Ill. Seniors


CHICAGO (AP) - Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White is reminding seniors that they can take free Rules of the Road classes at 320 of his offices.

White will highlighted the classes during a news conference on Monday in to announce Senior Driving Awareness Weeks.

The awareness weeks, which will run until March 31, are organized in partnership with the Illinois Department of Transportation, Illinois Department on Aging and AARP.

The Secretary of State's office offers more than 1,000 Rules of the Road classes each year. More than 10,000 seniors attended a class last year.
